My name is David Kissane, and I grew up in the Yampa Valley. For the past four years, I’ve worked with Hydrologic, gaining hands-on experience in surface water measurement across Northwest Colorado. Now, I’m excited to start my own venture—bringing that experience home to serve the water users of this region.

I’m fortunate to have the support of my dad, Jim Kissane, who brings decades of construction experience and deep roots in the Yampa Valley, where he’s lived since the early 1970s. Together, we’re combining practical knowledge, local understanding, and a strong work ethic to deliver reliable, effective solutions built for this landscape.
